Last verified 7 April: ~178/183 days. Updated rough estimate per Ed (12 April): ~167/183 with worst window at mid-April. Ed in Oslo for 13–19 April camp; post-camp count will be ~173/183. SAFE provided no further Norway exposure beyond this camp. Re-verify after camp ends 19 April.
Cutaway DZ pilot status
First DZ pilot signed 11 April 2026. Day 2 of testing as of 12 April. Not paying, but actively using the product. Needs daily check-in for the first 2 weeks while feedback is rich.
Coaching camps schedule + revenue
Booked: 13–19 Apr (€4,800, in progress), 21–25 Apr (€3,600), 24 Apr–13 May (€3,700), 2–9 May (€8,400), 14–17 May (€1,200), 24 Apr–17 May overlap (€1,200). Past camps confirmed: 19–23 Mar (€4,200) — verify completed.
Wolfgang/David BFS deal status
Met Wolfgang and David in Graz on 10 April 2026. Productive — agreed app terms and website terms. Followed up with David via WhatsApp 11 April with voice message describing what's needed. No response in 5 days. Ball in their court.
Active priorities: Cutaway + LTBJ
Two priority projects: Cutaway (first DZ pilot active) and LTBJ (iOS live, Android port pending). Both have signed partners and revenue paths. All other projects deprioritised as of 12 April 2026.
LTBJ Google Play port + Sam Hardy 60/40
iOS app released. Sam Hardy 60/40 contract signed (Sam 60, Ed 40). Next: develop the Google Play (Android) version. No timeline locked yet.

Operational as of 12 April 2026. All coaching income through 17 May routes through Samavik. Ed will use shareholder loans to pay himself personally until the next Dubai trip in October.
State-of-play app health
Phases 1-5 + 6a complete as of 13 April 2026. Phase 1: schema, seed, dashboard, review, items, signals, magic link auth. Phase 2: Talk to Claude with pre-briefing + propose_update tool. Phase 3: journal mode multi-item parser. Phase 4: background agents (drift, filesystem, update proposer, daily digest). Phase 5: snapshot generator writes STATE_OF_PLAY.md weekly. Phase 6a: git silence detector on the tick cron. Remaining Phase 6: 6b calendar (needs OAuth), 6c bank (needs open-banking OAuth), 6d telegram (needs bot token). Also pending: Vercel deploy, no tests exist, cron not installed on this machine.
Coaching leads pipeline
385 leads in CRM (now at edcracknell.com/admin). Last known: ~37 contacted, ~338 untouched. The 28 Oslo + 31 Malmö 10h leads are the priority untouched segment. Whether the DM blitz happened: needs confirmation.
Ibro (Cutaway 50/50 partner)
Signed Cutaway partnership and invested €12K (confirmed by Ed 12 April). Brought the first DZ pilot. Left FlyTribe 19 March to focus on skydiving and Cutaway. Closest active business ally.
PPGDRONE — paramotor drone project
World-first paramotor drone for wingsuit recovery. Visible as a tracked project in Remote Control. Sponsors confirmed (Air Conception, GoFlare). Build status: parts arriving, CAD work ongoing. First flight target: June 2026. Status as of 12 April: needs Ed's update on current build progress.
Aircraft jurisdiction decision
Three live research briefs as of 29 March 2026: Latvia (declared 'The Decision' in ultralight-aircraft/README.md), Czech Republic (CZECH_SRO_RESEARCH.md), Ireland (research/ireland-ultralight-registration.md). Latvia is the current direction per the README, but the other research briefs are still on disk and ultralight-aircraft/LICENSING.md still says Sweden. NEEDS Ed's final call.
Cutaway product status (technical)
iOS app, Desktop app, Rails API all built. ~10K lines, 5 languages, 3 platforms, 57+ features. First DZ pilot active as of 11 April. Vercel deploy of landing page status: needs confirmation. Domain cutaway.video status: needs confirmation. SendGrid configured: needs confirmation.
Auto-push setup on dev server
Linux dev server has linux-git-autopush.sh in project-management/scripts/, installed in cron every 5 minutes. Auto-commits any changes in ~/Development repos and pushes via SSH (key registered to GitHub as 'claude server'). Mac auto-pull picks up within 15 min. Round-trip ~20 min worst case.
Remote Control (dev server orchestration surface)
Replaces the deprecated localhost:3100 engine dashboard as of 12 April 2026. Lives on Ed's dev server. Active projects per screenshot 12 April: Cutaway, project-management. Older: gosayhi, bigscreenbeyond, ltbj, tax-residency, edcracknell, DogSpot, BFS, samavik, PPGDRONE.

CoachCRM merged into edcracknell.com 29 March 2026. All CRM features (leads, queue, camps, log) now at edcracknell.com/admin. 380 leads + 6 camps seeded. Old CoachCRM repo deprecated. Site deployment status: needs confirmation. Public-facing content + portfolio: needs confirmation.
IFZA / ByteLogic FZ-LLC operational status
Setup completed during Feb–Mar Dubai trip. Sports Coaching activity status: needs confirmation. Bank account: needs confirmation. Currently being used for invoicing? Needs confirmation.

Contract signed 60/40 (Sam 60, Ed 40). iOS app live. Sam handles distribution and content. Ed handles all development. Next milestone: Google Play port.

iOS app live on App Store. Android version: not started. Security fixes from earlier audit (6 staged): status to confirm. Hardcoded API key rotation: status to confirm.
Panu / FlyTribe relationship
Cold but functional. Ed delivers website + technical work; Panu delivers below-market rate dev income (290 NOK/hr) until 17 May 2026. After May, dev income ends. Ed remains Partner Coach (~1.3% non-voting). João/Stange brought in as alternative dev — status unclear.
Tarragon plan progress (3-year)
Year 1 (2026): UL licence. Action: book medical + first lesson. Not yet started. Year 2 (2027): build hours. Year 3 (2028): order Tarragon. Income target €250K+ before order.
Onni — outstanding response
